While having an evening stroll the beaches of the Arconder Menagerie, one may encounter dozens of dinner-plate shaped crabs with iridescent shells that sparkle like gemstones in the setting sun. You have just encountered one of the most endangered species that SNAPA protects. In prehistoric times, these creatures lived in abundance, but have since declined due to their precious shells. Why, you may ask yourself, do these animals have a shell like no other?
